Job Opening: Car Wash Attendant

Vehicle Service & Fleet Support Assistant

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) | 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to assist with fleet vehicle maintenance and preparation. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys hands-on responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Hand-wash fleet vehicle exteriors as needed and at least twice per month
• Clean vehicle interiors at least once per month
• Hand-wax fleet vehicles on a quarterly basis
• Wash vehicles that have accumulated dirt and grime while awaiting assignment
• Assist with preparing newly assigned and re-issued vehicles for service
• Help maintain the appearance and condition of fleet assets
• Perform related support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Requirements:

• Must be available to work the assigned schedule
• Must attend an onsite interview if selected
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation, including review of employment, education, criminal, financial, and other records
• Must provide a brief written statement explaining interest in the position
