We’re seeking experienced Heating & Cooling Technicians to join a well-established HVAC company in the Alexandria area. This is a direct-hire opportunity, offering long-term stability and room to grow.
**Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Around 2 years of HVAC experience.
Job Duties

HVAC System Repairs— Diagnose and repair heating and cooling issues

Install New Equipment— Assist with installing units, components, and replacement parts

Routine Maintenance— Clean, inspect, and service HVAC systems

Troubleshooting— Identify system problems and recommend solutions

Safety Compliance— Follow all safety guidelines

Customer Communication— Provide clear updates and explain work performed

Documentation— Complete simple daily paperwork and service notes

Travel to Job Sites— Use your own reliable vehicle to reach service locations
