Driver Route Sales Representative

Pay: $23.00/hour
Average Annual Earnings: $55,000 – $65,000 (including overtime and per diem)

Schedule

• 4-day workweek (Monday – Thursday)
• Occasional Fridays required
• Hours: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime available

Travel Requirements

• Routes throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa
• 2-3 overnight trips every other week
• Hotel accommodations provided
• Meal and travel per diem provided
• Approximately 50% travel required

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver Route Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines delivery driving, route sales, customer service, and account development. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, building customer relationships, and providing exceptional service while managing a designated route.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and stock products at customer locations
• Build and prepare customer orders
• Maintain organized and well-stocked displays
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Develop relationships with existing customers
• Identify opportunities to grow sales along assigned routes
• Generate new business and expand customer accounts
