Heavy Equipment Operator Pay: $25.00 per Hour
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience safely operating heavy construction equipment in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, backhoes, and other machinery as assigned.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Follow site plans, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
- Assist with excavation, grading, material handling, and site preparation activities.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure safe operation at all times.
- Work effectively with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience required.
- Knowledge of construction site safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and site specifications.
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.
Compensation & Benefits:
