Cash Applications Specialist $22hr
Bossier company looking for a temporary detail oriented employee for 6 months paying $22hr
- Access bank account to download daily payments for lockboxes, ACHs, wires
- Process payment portal transactions received via the payment portal using multiple Excel spreadsheets simultaneously.
- Post lockbox checks, ACHs, and wires to customer accounts per remit
- Post payment portal credit card and ACH payments to customer accounts per remit
- Post manual credit card payments processed by the Credit Department
- Process remote deposit of local checks and post payments
- Work closely with Credit team to determine proper posting of customer check/ACH/wire payments
- Track posted customer payments on daily tracking spreadsheet on a timely basis
- Locate/research customer payment documentation for external audit
- Assist Accounts Payable team in processing customer refunds
