Pay: $15/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMQualifications:Maintenance, construction, or repair experience preferredKnowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting repairsAbility to use hand and power tools safelyMust be able to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical workDependable, safety-conscious, and detail-orientedJob Responsibilities:Perform routine and emergency maintenance repairs on housing units and propertiesComplete basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and roofing repairsInstall and repair doors, locks, windows, cabinets, countertops, and fixturesConduct unit inspections and assist with HUD-required audits and inspectionsComplete work orders and prepare vacant units for new tenantsAssist with pest control and extermination effortsCoordinate with vendors and maintain repair material inventoryFollow all safety regulations and wear required PPEIdentify and report health and safety hazardsQualified candidates,
