Medical and Dental Benefits Specialist
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from healthcare providers and insurance members.
- Assist with questions related to medical and dental benefits, eligibility, claim status, and payments.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Navigate multiple insurance systems while documenting all customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of medical and dental insurance, including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, eligibility verification, and claims processing.
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable using multiple computer applications in a fast-paced environment.
