Material Handler – 1st Shift
Location: East Providence, RI
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Westaff is seeking reliable Material Handlers to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves general material handling, packing, quality checks, and consistent teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform case picking, small packing, re-packing, and processing tasks
- Complete quality control checks to ensure accurate and compliant orders
- Lift and move materials up to 25 lbs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse procedures and productivity standards
- Work overtime as needed and maintain strong attendance and punctuality
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Reliable attendance and ability to work required overtime
- Prior warehouse experience helpful but not required
