Job Opening: Machine Operator III
Description
Shift: 5:00am-1:00pm
Pay: 21.26/hour
The Machine Operator performs routine maintenance & adjusts machine settings to achieve the desired quality and product output dimensions. Inspecting products for defects, taking corrective actions as needed. Communicating with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met safely with quality products. Following safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Keeping your work area clean and organized. Assisting with other tasks as needed, such as loading and unloading materials or operating other machinery & mentoring new team members
Success Requires:
- A safety mindset
- Experience with high-speed, high-volume work
- Ability to read and understand basic English
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
- The workplace is not climate controlled.
- Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts if OT is necessary
- Attention to detail, able to read a tape measure & ability to identify product defects
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Willingness to work required OT including Saturdays
