Location: Ruston, LA
Pay: $18.00/Hour
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Production Technician to join a manufacturing team in Ruston, LA. This position involves cleaning, inspecting, and preparing mechanical parts while supporting daily production operations. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare mechanical parts to company standards.
- Inspect parts for quality and cleanliness.
- Operate cleaning equipment and shop tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with production and shop duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical experience required.
- Familiarity with shop tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and work history.
- Ability to meet physical job requirements and work assigned shifts.
- Welding experience is a plus but not required.
