Job Opening: Dispatch Coordinator

Westaff is looking for a Dispatcher Coordinator in the Wrentham, MA area for Immediate Start!
Location: Wrentham, MA
Shift: Monday-Friday Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Training Period: Must be available to train on the afternoon shift (2:30 PM to 9:00 PM) for approximately one week
Pay Rate: $18/hour
This position plays a key role in coordinating shipments, communicating with drivers and customers, and ensuring daily operations run efficiently.
Responsibilities
o Coordinate and dispatch daily shipments and deliveries
o Communicating with drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers
o Monitor shipment status and resolve scheduling issues
o Enter and update shipment information in company systems
o Maintain accurate records and documentation
o Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a professional manner
o Support daily warehouse and transportation operations
Qualifications
· Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or warehouse experience preferred
· Strong computer skills required
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
· Reliable attendance and punctuality
