Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators (Lift Truck Operators) for multiple full-time openings across two nearby warehouse facilities in Southwest Indianapolis. These positions support day, night, and overnight operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

All roles require sit-down forklift experience. Some roles also require stand-up forklift experience for case picking responsibilities.

Pay

We offer competitive pay based on equipment type and shift:

• Base Pay (Sit-Down Forklift): $18.50/hour
• Base Pay (Stand-Up Forklift / Case Picker): $20.50/hour

Shift Differentials (Additional Pay)

Depending on the schedule, you may earn extra per hour:

• Evening/Night Shift Differential: +$1.00 to $2.00/hour
• Overnight Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour

?? Total Potential Pay Range:

• $18.50 – $20.50/hour (base)
• Up to $20.50 – $22.50/hour with shift differentials (sit-down roles)
• Up to $22.50/hour+ for stand-up forklift / case picker roles with shift differentials

Available Shifts

We have openings across multiple schedules, including:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Various rotations:
  • Sun–Wed
  • Wed–Sat
  • Other weekday/weekend combinations

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts (required for all roles)
• Operate stand-up forklifts for case picking (for applicable roles)
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials
• Maintain inventory flow and accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse standards
• Meet productivity and quality expectations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience
• Sit-down forklift experience required
• Stand-up forklift experience required for case picker positions
• Ability to work assigned shift (day, night, or overnight)
• Strong focus on safety and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Experience

• Warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience
• Case picking or high-volume order fulfillment experience
• Familiarity with handheld scanners or inventory systems

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with active material handling
• Standing, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods
• Fast-paced production environment with clear performance goals
