Dental/Medical Insurance Customer Service Representative
Pay: $15.00/Hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Requirements
- Recent Medical/Dental Insurance experience is required
- Experience working in a medical or dental office preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to navigate insurance systems and handle high-volume calls
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers, patients, and insured members.
- Assist with questions regarding insurance benefits, eligibility, and claim payments.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Research and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medical or dental office experience
- Knowledge of insurance benefits, payments, claims, and eligibility verification
- Previous call center or customer service experience
