Westaff is seeking a strong Office Admin / Recruiter / Sales Support professional for a small but busy office.
Pay: $18/hr DOE with advancement and bonus opportunities.
In this role, you’ll build relationships with candidates, identify strengths, and match them to client needs. Success is shown by maintaining a steady pipeline of high-quality applicants and understanding firm-specific job requirements.

Key Duties
- Cold calling potential clients
- Client meetings and job duty updates
- Pipeline management
- Speaking with the public and clients with confidence
- Reviewing resumes and identifying potential hires
- Building relationships with applicants
- Coordinating with client companies on job needs
- Publishing job ads
- Conducting interviews
- Assisting with a multiline phone system
- Relaying information clearly
- Using Outlook and Microsoft Office
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organization
- Proficient in MS Office
- Prior staffing/recruiting experience preferred
- 4+ years Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to multi-task
