Ensure accurate and efficient assembly of fabricated products per work order

Follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and job safety requirements

Final visual and inspection of product, as required per instructions

Identify and isolate any non-conforming product

Trouble shooting and rood cause analysis and testing

Technical review of drawings, recommend work process improvement

Participate in Lean/continuous

Improvement initiatives

Assist with ensuring the safety, cleanliness and maintenance of work area, equipment, and entire plant

Ability to train others on work processes

Involved in cycle/physical counts, as required

Cross train in multiple department functions, as needed

Perform other duties according to business needs  

REQUIREMENTS:

Have 2-3 yrs plus of electrical and building mechanical and

repairing electromechanical devices assembling experience

English speaker High school completion or equivalent

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

Payrate: 18.75/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and stack boxes onto trucks according to established procedures.
• Use a manual hand truck to move products safely and efficiently.
• Lift, carry, and stack boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Verify that products are loaded accurately and securely.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Experience using a manual hand truck preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Job Description:

Operate such tools as: grinding, chop saw, manual lathe and mills for fabrication of parts 

Complete and maintain required production reports

Assist with ensuring the safety, cleanliness and maintenance of work area, equipment, and entire plant

Involved in cycle/physical counts, as required

Perform other duties as may be required  

REQUIREMENTS:

Have 2-3 yrs plus of fabrication and manufacturing machine operating work experience.
