Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
What You’ll Do
As a Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in the manufacturing process by:
- Operating production machinery and assisting machine operators
- Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
- Sorting and organizing products and materials
- Counting finished products to verify order accuracy
- Loading and unloading materials from machines, conveyors, and transport vehicles
- Palletizing products according to proper stacking procedures
- Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a cold-temperature environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
- Dependable attendance and strong punctuality are required
- Comfortable submitting to and successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced production setting
- Flexibility to move between different production line areas as needed
- Ability to wear and work in all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
