Westaff is looking for an Administrative Inventory Specialist in the Ayer, MA area for Immediate Start!
Position Type: Temporary Assignment
Location: Ayer, MA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $24/hour
Westaff is looking for someone with strong administrative and accounting skills who is comfortable working with data, inventory, and multiple systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position will support our Production Planning, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams, splitting time between the office and production floor.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducting inventory counts and helping maintain accurate inventory records
- Data entry and reporting
- Processing invoices and assisting with administrative accounting tasks
- Working in SAP
- Using Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications daily
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administrative and data entry experience
- Good accounting and invoicing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and stay accurate in a busy environment
- Comfortable working both in an office setting and on the production floor
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP experience
- Inventory, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or production planning experience
