$55K–$65K/year | Full-time | Direct Hire

What You’ll Do

  • Tackle high-priority support cases

  • Document everything clearly

  • Diagnose issues and order parts

  • Handle escalations with confidence

  • Travel for installs, training, and onsite support

  • Answer incoming support calls

  • Follow established processes

  • Keep up with new tools and product updates

What You Bring

  • HS diploma or GED
