We are seeking a dependable Janitor to help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout our facility. This role is essential in supporting a safe, clean, and productive work environment across offices, hallways, break areas, and restrooms.
What You’ll Do:
- Mop and clean hallways and common areas to maintain housekeeping standards
- Clean and maintain lunchrooms, restrooms, locker rooms, and office spaces
- Restock paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure availability
- Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility
- Maintain cleanliness standards across all assigned areas
- Follow safety procedures and support a clean, organized workplace
- Use downtime productively to support housekeeping and improvement efforts
What to Expect:
This role is in a manufacturing environment that can be loud, dirty, and industrial. The job requires moderate physical activity, including walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks throughout your shift. Attention to detail and consistency are key to success in this role.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable attendance and good work ethic
- Basic reading and communication skills
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Background check required (felon-friendly in most cases)
- Overtime may be required, including Saturdays
- Must be able to wear required PPE
- Ability to meet attendance expectations
- Previous janitorial experience (6+ months)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 12:00am
Saturdays/Overtime will be required when needed
