Laborer – Manufactured Home Sales Lot

Location: Monroe, LA

Job Type: Full-Time Direct Placement

Schedule: Monday–Saturday (hours vary)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to assist with maintaining and preparing our manufactured home sales lot. This role is vital in ensuring our lot is clean, organized, and presentable for customers. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales lot
• Assist with moving, setting, and staging manufactured homes (under supervision)
• Perform basic landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, and debris removal
• Help prepare homes for customer viewing (cleaning, minor touch-ups, etc.)
• Load/unload materials, tools, and supplies
• Conduct general maintenance tasks and minor repairs as needed
• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
• Assist sales team with additional lot-related tasks as required

Qualifications

• Previous laborer, construction, or outdoor work experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred (not required, depending on needs)
