1st Shift Production Packagers – Fairfax, VT
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts (1st Shift)
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Packagers to join our team in Fairfax, VT. In this role, you will be responsible for packaging products accurately and efficiently according to company standards while supporting overall production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately count products before placing them into designated packaging or displays
- Label containers, tags, and products using appropriate tools
- Inspect materials, containers, and finished goods to ensure they meet packaging specifications
- Record product, packaging, and order details on required forms and systems
- Remove defective or completed items and document them for inventory control
- Seal containers using tape, glue, fasteners, or hand tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment using proper cleaning procedures
- Move, sort, and organize products, materials, and pallets to assigned areas
