Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator) – Morning Shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Overview

We’re hiring a reliable Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator) to support daily warehouse and supply chain operations. This role is well suited for candidates with hands-on warehouse experience who value safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move, stack, and transport materials
• Use a handheld scanner with a high level of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Perform inbound receiving processes
• Follow the 7S program to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence and safety
• Understand and follow Supply Chain quality policies
• Work collaboratively with warehouse leadership and peers

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• Forklift / PIT certification and training in safe operation
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 75 lbs or more
• Lift items of various sizes, shapes, and weights
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Use hands and fingers to handle tools and equipment
• Work in hot or cold warehouse environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong communication skills with supervisors and coworkers
• High school diploma or GED
