In this role, you will handle incoming calls, assist with collect call processing, transfer calls accurately, and provide professional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. Responsibilities:
Answer high-volume incoming calls courteously and professionally
Process collect calls and transfer calls according to procedures
Communicate clearly with inmates and their relatives
Accurately document call information in company systems
Follow security protocols, scripts, and company policies
Maintain quality, attendance, and productivity standards
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to remain calm, professional, and detail-oriented
Reliable attendance and punctuality
