Westaff is looking for a Manufacturing Technician in the Westford, MA area for Immediate Start!
Location: Westford, MA
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm Pay Rate: $22-$24/hour DOE
Cleaning of small optical components, need proven experience with small / delicate parts
Summary: With regular guidance, operating Shaping equipment such as Polishing, automatic &/or manual indexing head coring, Scribing, Dicing, sawing, grinding, chamfering machines. Providing setups and operations of up to three machines simultaneously, while working with various sized and thickness optical filter plates. Performs in process and final spectral & Metrology (Interferometry) & environmental testing using several different possible instruments.
