Job Title: Parts Counter Salesperson
Location: Monroe, LA
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parts Counter Salesperson. This role involves assisting customers with parts inquiries, processing sales, and maintaining organized inventory at the parts counter.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries and purchases
- Provide accurate information about manufactured home parts and materials
- Process sales transactions and handle payments
- Maintain clean, organized, and stocked parts inventory
- Receive and stock incoming shipments
- Work closely with team members to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of manufactured home parts (or willingness to learn)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
