Description
The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce parts that meet quality and production standards. This role includes loading materials, monitoring machine performance, inspecting finished parts, and making basic adjustments as needed. The operator ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.Key Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines such as mills or lathesLoad raw materials and unload finished partsMonitor machine operation and perform basic adjustmentsRead blueprints, work instructions, and specificationsMeasure and inspect parts for quality and accuracyMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow company safety procedures and production schedulesWork Environment:Manufacturing or machine shop settingStanding for extended periodsExposure to machinery, noise, and metal materials
