Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to assemble parts and products according to specifications in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is able to follow instructions, maintain quality standards, and work efficiently as part of a production team. Key Responsibilities Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and drawings Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly equipment Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy Perform rework or adjustments as needed to meet specifications Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Meet production goals and deadlines Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to read basic instructions, diagrams, or drawings Basic math and measurement skills Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Skills & Competencies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong reliability and work ethic Good time management and organizational skills Willingness to follow safety and quality standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to perform repetitive tasks
