A local family-oriented law firm is looking for an experienced Paralegal who knows their way around a case file and appreciates a workplace that values personal time.

This isn’t a stuffy firm with endless late nights. It’s a supportive, laid-back environment where your experience is respected, your time is valued, and Fridays are purposely short.

Schedule: 

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (yes, really)
• No weekends. Ever.

Pay:

$15 – $18 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drafting and preparing legal documents like pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Managing case files, deadlines, and calendars so nothing slips through the cracks
• Filing documents with courts (e-filing and traditional filing)
• Assisting attorneys with hearings, depositions, and trial prep
• Communicating with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel professionally and confidently
• Keeping everything organized, accurate, and confidential

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of paralegal experience 
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
• Excellent organization and attention to detail 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
• Professional communication skills and a team-first mindset

Paralegal certification is a plus—but experience matters most.
