Executive assistant needed for criminal law firm in Alexandria, LA.
Direct Hire with the firm, NOT a temp job.
Pay: $15 or more/doe
Hours: M – F 8 am to 5 pm
Experience desired:
some legal office experience
clerk experience
dictation/typing/word processing experience
Responsibilities:
manage phone and direct messages
professional, courteous communication
printing, scanning and filing
running errands for the firm
typing from transcription
