Quality Assurance Technician / Food Production – Claremont, NH
The Quality Assurance Technician will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager. This position requires the ability to multitask, be self-motivated, and become an integral part of the facility’s daily operations and quality programs, while in compliance with the standards of wholesomeness, hygiene, health & safety at work.
Quality Assurance Technician Responsibilities:
- MUST have 1-3 years food production work experience
- Consistently maintain and improve the high standards
- Consistently maintain a positive working culture and professional relationships
- Conduct daily reviews of all HACCP documentation and verification tasks
- Create and implement new policies based on the need of facility or regulatory changes
- Yields-be aware of inconsistencies and troubleshoot potential areas of improvement
- Monitor Safefood360 for accuracy and compliance for all product documentation
- Implement and train all applicable positions on these SOPs
- Conduct monthly, weekly and quarterly internal audits
- Assist the QA Manager in preparing for all external audits and customer requirements
- Issue corrective actions to other employees’ departments if needed
- Assist with Pre-operation inspections if needed
