WESTAFF is hiring a Clinician Incentive Programs Manager for a company located in Lafayette, LA
Pay: 90-95K/ Annually
Hours: Monday & Friday- 8am- 5pm (Remote)
Tuesday- Thursday- 8am- 5pm (On-site)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Finance, Accounting, or other Business- related degree
- Minimum of 7 years experience designing, implementing, and managing variable incentive compensation plans required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Prior experience with database management & healthcare preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize processes and operating model associated with incentive plan administration, governance, and change management.
- Develop reports to manage variable incentive compensation program performance to be reviewed with leadership and identify areas of opportunity to improve plan effectiveness and alignment.
- Perform modeling of various scenarios in support of compensation program design and decisions
- Responsible for management of departmental processes and personnel and all activities within the Data and Performance Analytics department
- Ability to resolve escalated issues arising from clinicians or operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team including analysts, payroll, and field & staffing operational teams to ensure effectiveness of variable compensation programs.
- Monitors all functions related to plan administration including data and process integrity assurance, provider communication, plan performance compliance and monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Responsible for the implementation of operational coverage-based changes in QGenda.
- Tasked with the validation and implementation of compensation and contractual terms for clinicians into Qgenda.
- Validation of all DLs to ensure system accuracy and impact.
- Responsible for all pay rates within Salesforce and Qgenda
- Coordinate and perform data quality audits of systems and processes, providing analysis of reporting to aid in the implementation of improvements that will yield timely, accurate and actionable data.
- Lead and participate in various enterprise compensation related projects as assigned.
