Job Opening: Shipping and Receiving
Description
Westaff is looking for a 1st Shift Shipper/ Receiver in the East Providence, RI area for IMMEDIATE HIRE!
Pay: $17.00 hour Hours:8AM-4:30PM
Shipper/Receiver Responsibilities:
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Experience master packing and shipping utilizing FedEx shipping system
• Loading/Unloading palletized and floor loaded boxes from trucks
• Moving pallets/boxes with use of a pallet jack, or other equipment
• Wrapping pallets for delivery
• Scanning cartons for receiving
• Re-stocking of inventory
• Pulling and staging product for replenishment of picking lines
• Assisting in setting up pick lines with necessary product
• Performing other warehouse/material handler duties as assigned
• Ability to worked in a face paced environment
• Maintain a clean work area
• Organization and attention to detail is a must
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Experience using pallet jacks, scanners, shipping software (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
