Westaff is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a well-reputed senior living facility in Helena, MT!! 

Schedule: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

Term: 3+ months

Pay: $13.50/hr+ DOE

Duties:

• Answering phones
• Scheduling Transportation
• Logging deliveries
• Entering Work Orders
• Customer Service
• Basic Cash Handling
• Cash Register Entries

Qualifications:

• Background check required
• Microsoft Word knowledge
• Great communication skills
• Operating telephone system
• Customer service
• Cash Handling Skills
