Office Manager / Leasing Agent – Lebanon, NH.
We seek a full-time Office Manager for a locally owned and operated residential property management and development company. The ideal candidate will be bright, energetic, able to multi-task, and enjoy becoming involved in a variety of tasks in a team-based atmosphere.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist office visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management and maintenance teams.
- Prepare documents and reports as requested, including rental surveys and cost analyses.
- Maintain electronic files in property management software and physical files in office.
- Serve as a point of contact for residents, vendors, contractors, and community members.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Leasing Agent Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from prospective renters, including phone calls, emails, and guest cards in property management software.
- Schedule and conduct property showings.
- Review rental applications, background checks, and credit checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure timely execution by all parties.
- Effectively communicate expectations with outgoing and incoming residents to ensure smooth and efficient move-out and move-in processes.
Financial Administration:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including processing of invoices and security deposits, receiving payments, and managing bank deposits.
- Maintain financial records in office, including invoices, bank statements, and estimates.

Office Manager / Leasing Agent Qualifications:
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to set priorities
- Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with all aspects of Office 365 (OneDrive, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with AppFolio Property Management Software; in lieu of experience with this software, candidate must demonstrate willingness to complete relevant training courses
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates experience that shows a high degree of interpersonal skills working with staff, housing residents, and the public
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, including business dress
- Prior experience in property management or real estate industry is a plus
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- June 1, July 1, August 1, and September 1 are required work days
- Some weekend dates may be required
