$21.00 an hour 

Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30p

Must have reliable transportation 

Make-ready maintenance techs needed to make a currently unoccupied unit ready for suitable occupancy. 

Duties include:  

• Tightening doorknobs and hinges
• Repairing leaky faucets
• Replacing the caulking around toilets
• Changing lightbulbs
• Repairing holes in walls
• Changing out carpet
• Completing the pre-move-out inspection
• Touch up paint 
• Unclogging sinks and tubs 
• Removing light fixtures and replacing 
• Other duties as assigned

$13.20 starting pay  

The hours of work are 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday through Friday

 Job Duties:

• Answers telephone promptly and in a friendly, courteous manner
• Assures all telephone messages are taken accurately and thoroughly, and quickly related to the appropriate staff member
• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Notifies agency personnel of visitor arrivals
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries

• Assists with planning and execution of special events- including, but not limited to- employee recognition events, holiday parties, retirement celebrations, etc.
• Provide clerical support to the HR department
• Ensure reception area and front desk are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationary and materials (i.e. program booklets)
• Restock complimentary items in lobby (i.e. candy, water) and kitchen supplies in downstairs break room, and request orders when inventories are low
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and request orders when inventory is low
• Miscellaneous clerical duties such as filing (physical and electronic), copying, and faxing
• Assist multiple departments with regular outgoing mail (i.e. videos and pamphlets, birthday cards)
• When asked, arrange lunch orders, travel, and other accommodations for executives
• Prepare communications such as e-mails, memos, reports, etc.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-5

Overall Job Duties: 

Packages assigned products manually or using machines designed to perform one or more of the packaging functions such as filling, labeling, banding, tying, wrapping, marking and packing containers, by

a. Retrieving bulk material and the containers, closures, and/or labels prescribed by the Filling Bill of Materials (“BOM”) for the product to be packaged.

b. Cleaning the containers (and closures) to be filled in the manner prescribed in the cGMP Standard Operating Procedures for that activity.

c. Checking and ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of the equipment and utensils to be used in the filling operation before the operation is initiated.

d. Loading the hopper or the equipment to be used in the filling operation.

e. Inserting or pouring the prescribed amount of product into each container.

f. Closing the filed container with the prescribed closure.

g. If applicable, labeling the filled container with the prescribed label.

h. Marking the filled containers with the assigned lot number.

i. Packing the filled, marked containers in bags, boxes, and/or cartons as appropriate.

j. Confirming the number of units filled by manual or mechanical counts.
