Source Inspection professionals needed!  Must have 5 years of experience in Aerospace Receiving and/or Final Inspection & AS9102 FAIs.

Main Duties Source Inspector:

• Proficient in the use of precision measurement tools/equipment including but not limited to caliper, micrometer, height gage, hardness and conductivity.
• Familiar with surface finish, edge preparation and general appearance of machined parts.
• Familiar with outside processing certifications
• Knowledgeable of Engineering drawings/models
• Basic knowledge of CATIA and GD&T
• Possesses the ability to work and interface effectively with Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Suppliers, Customers and Government Representatives.
• Reviews documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes, to ensure quality products are delivered to the customer.
• Excellent PC skills utilizing ERP systems (MAPICS) MS Office, Excel, Access, Word, and Visio.

Quality CMM Programmer needed!  Must have 5 years of experience in Aerospace/Aircraft, 3 years of Quality Inspection, 2 years working with CMM/Arm/Tracker

Main Duties CMM Programmer:

• Create CMM CMM arm/Tracker programs from customer supplied engineering
• Add GD&T callouts to programs to assist inspectors.
• Work with QC inspectors to troubleshoot programs
• Communicates with QC inspectors, Programming, Engineering
• Train and troubleshoot CMM, Arm, and Tracker use.

• Monitor food safety regularly throughout shift.  Conduct hourly audits and food safety checks.

• Sample incoming and outgoing products
• Enter results into Microsoft products - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• HACCP & FSPCA certificates are preferred

Bulk Technician needed! Immediate Openings on 1st Shift 5a to 3:30am Monday-Friday with overtime included.

As a Bulk Operator Responsibilities include: 

• Set-up, operate, and adjust machines as required to complete duties listed below
• Bulk Re-Spool – Spool product/wire to specified spools and clean shielded/jacketed material in preparation for next operation; prepare bulk product for inventory or final inspection
• Develop an understanding of the principles of spark testing and the operation of related test equipment
• Sleeving – Pull bulk material through sleeving or protective jacketing by using air nozzles and bullets to expand sleeving for application
• Tape – Install miscellaneous types/widths of tape by machine or by hand to meet specified requirements

• Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks
• General knowledge of machine operation
• This position requires the employee to have clear vision at 20 inches or less and clear vision at 20 feet or less (with or without the use of personal corrective eyewear)
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
