About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Line Associate to join our packaging team. This position plays a key role in preparing, boxing, and palatalizing our fluff product to meet daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities
Pull fluff from bales and prepare it for packaging

Assemble boxes and apply correct labels

Accurately weigh and place 25 lbs of fluff into each box

Tape and seal boxes securely

Stack completed boxes onto pallets in an organized and safe manner

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Meet production expectations of 12–13 boxes per hour

Requirements
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift

Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work at a steady, efficient pace

Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Prior warehouse or production experience is helpful but not required
