 Job Responsibilities:

• Unpack returned merchandise, inspect package condition, and assess paperwork sent in with return instructions for proper return procedures.
• Inspect / (QC) returned merchandise, checking for quality and condition of the product to decide return category.
• Receive merchandise, following all security and safety return procedures for each product type.
• Distribute returned items to their proper location considering all factors including the value of the product, its condition, and type of return.
• Input clear customer account notes in internal computer systems, communicating return reasons, customer feedback and instructions to ensure correct processing.
• Data entry as needed, attention to detail and remain flexible.
• Sample every Humidor product inbound from receiving to decide all quality issues.
• Ability to learn and navigate IT/computer systems i.e ERP, NetSuite or similar.
• Able to apply logic and reasoning when deciding how to continue with findings and exceptions.
• Must follow explicit rules for Decision Approvals and authorized product movement.
• Maintains an awareness of, and correct application of Quality Control procedures and to product quality standards. 

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of prior returns / QC or similar experience.
• Prior experience in distribution, Returns warehouse / Quality control, or another handling environment.
• Completion of the return process and Quality process

Duties and Responsibilities:

• General laborers to carry out various assemblies, manufacturing, and quality control processes to produce Post Tensioning cable.
• Duties consist of assisting with the production line, packaging, and labeling, in addition to various plant or warehouse duties.
• Assist banding machine operator to bundle tendons for shipping.
• Use pliers with tie wire to tie tendons in coils.
• Assemble and load orders onto trailers for shipping.
