Job Title: Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

Location: Fremont, OH

Pay Rate: $19.92 per hour

Shift: 3rd Shift 10:30pm-7am

Job Description:

Work for a leading manufacturer in the refrigeration industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.
