Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Data Entry Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accuracy, problem-solving, and working within a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
What You’ll Do
- Enter and maintain inventory and order information in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Perform accurate data entry tasks throughout the shift
- Research and resolve transaction errors
- Prepare and process domestic and international shipping documents
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum Requirements
- 1 year of warehouse experience
- Ability to speak, read (including fine print), and write in English
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Physical Requirements
- Lift items of various shapes, sizes, and weights
- Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Use hands and fingers to handle tools or equipment
- Work in hot or cold warehouse environments
Preferred Qualifications

What You’ll Do
- Operate PIT equipment such as reach trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, or order pickers
- Load, unload, move, and stage pallets and materials
- Perform accurate inventory moves, scanning, and documentation
- Support inbound and outbound workflows
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
What You Need
- Previous PIT experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Ability to operate multiple types of powered industrial truck (reach truck, stand-up, sit-down, order picker, EPJ)
- Strong attention to safety and situational awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the full shift
- Basic computer or RF scanner skills

About the Role
This position serves as a front-line point of contact for individuals seeking information, assistance, or guidance. The Administrative Assistant supports case-intake functions by responding to inquiries, interviewing potential complainants, preparing case files, and ensuring information is processed accurately and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, professional responses to public inquiries (phone, online, and in person)

- Prepare investigative case files for review

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

What You’ll Do
