Job Summary:
Join our team as a Packaging Associate and help prepare metal tube parts used in vehicles, generators, and farm equipment. You’ll be inspecting, labeling, and packaging parts to meet customer orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform final inspection of metal tube parts

• Package parts according to written instructions

• Print and apply shipping labels

• Keep accurate logs of completed orders

• Work at a shared table with 2–3 coworkers

• Stand for the duration of your shift

Work Environment:

• Factory setting 

• Hands-on work with metal parts that may have oil and metal shavings

• Steel toe shoes required

• 30-minute unpaid lunch + scheduled breaks provided

Welder Setup Operator – Full Time-Permanent

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a TIG Welders to set up and run MIG and/or TIG welding equipment for production orders. In this hands-on role, you'll work with tooling, setup sheets, and blueprints to produce quality parts that meet customer expectations. Ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, welding experience, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up MIG and/or TIG welders using setup sheets and routing packages

• Inspect and approve setup pieces before running production

• Perform welds to meet quality specifications

• Use gauges, templates, calipers, and blueprints to verify weld quality

• Watch for common issues (burn through, cold starts, lack of penetration, etc.)

• Document production output, scrap, or rework

• Move parts with a pallet jack to the next step in production

• Support engineering with process development or tooling trials

• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements:

• Certified in TIG welding (or ability to obtain certification)

• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop math

• Ability to read blueprints and detailed instructions

• Experience using measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, gauges)

• Must pass the Setup Test

• Must have your own tools for inspection and machine adjustment

• Able to stand, bend, and lift for an 8+ hour shift

We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused Cutoff Setup Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and operate metal cutoff machines to produce quality tube parts used in further manufacturing processes like bending, welding, and forming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate cutoff machines, Kaltenbach saws, and table lathes

• Follow routing instructions and blueprints for part specifications

• Use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, gauges) to ensure part accuracy

• Perform quality checks and record sample measurements

• Adjust machines during production runs to maintain tolerances

• Move materials using pallet jacks and forklifts

Requirements:
