Responsabilidades laborales:

• Realizar diferentes funciones de trabajo de forma rotativa: almacén, ensamblaje de producto, acristalamiento, aplicación de silicona, inspección de productos, etc.
• Trabaje con aluminio cortado usando taladros y otras herramientas.
• Fije las herraduras a las ventanas y puertas según sea necesario.
• Lea y adjunte las etiquetas correspondientes al producto.
• Mueva los materiales, incluido el vidrio, de una posición/ubicación a otra para acelerar el proceso de producción.
• Inspeccione el producto en busca de anomalías y notifique al supervisor de cualquier problema (problemas de fabricación, colocación del logotipo, etc.)

Requisitos:

• 1 año. Experiencia en Fabricación.
• Es necesario poder levantar hasta 50 libras.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis – warehouse, product assembly, glazing, silicone application, product inspection, etc.
• Work with cut aluminum stock using drills and other tools.
• Attach hardware to windows & doors as required.
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product.
• Move materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process.
• Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.)

Requirements:

• 1 yr. Experience in Fabrication
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a results-driven individual with experience in the manufacturing/production area.

The incumbent will be held responsible for the productivity of the floor, and should be capable of scheduling and monitoring the process flow necessary to achieve metric targets. The position reports to the Production Supervisor.

Maintains quality in the department and provides feedback to employees in regards to qualityLocates and understands all pertinent information on contracts, including order number, production and ship dates, shipping method, sales region, etc.

• Ensures timely communication with customers when orders do not ship as requested.
• Updates department’s daily metrics and communicates to all stakeholders in order to make the necessary adjustments to achieve target goals and results.
• Communicates ideas and information to the on duty Supervisor on a daily basis.
• Works from the daily schedule and ensures that daily activity is properly prioritized.
• Ensures that the proper documentation and packaging instructions are available in the department.
• Provides training and support for production workers.
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of the production floor.
• Executes a good hand off with clear lines of communication with the next shift.
• Has a good understanding of the flow of work on the production floor, from warehousing and unpacking, through production, to packing and shipping.
• Communicates all information required by Supervisors and others to assure job quality and on-time delivery of goods to customers.
• Constantly maintains a clean, safe and well-organized work area.
• In addition to the above duties and responsibilities, the employee may be called upon by supervisors or management to work in other areas if necessary.

Requirements

• Experience in the Manufacturing field.
• Proven experience in a leading role.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Performs routine scheduled and reactive maintenance on all production equipment.
• Troubleshoots machines and systems independently, focused on root cause analysis.
• Sets up and runs production equipment for troubleshooting purposes.
• Maintains equipment log utilizing a CMMS interface.
• Work with administrative staff to keep inventory of replacement parts for production equipment.
• Interacts with machine manufacturers and Tech Support as needed.
• Performs routine building maintenance and special projects.
• Quickly react to equipment failures, with ability to diagnose, and repair in a timely fashion. 
• Performs all duties to OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70 or any necessary standards.
• Fabricates custom parts for emergency repairs.
• Operates forklift and Scissors lift as needed.
• Reads basic schematics, blueprints and various production meters.
• Repairs equipment by fabricating parts, simple machining, wiring, and other general repair.

Requirements

• Technical degree/certification.
• Electro Mechanic background 4-5 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic in the Manufacturing field.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
