Westaff is recruiting for upcoming clerical/ office openings for temporary assignments in the Greater Baton Rouge area  

Pay range: $11.50-13.50 an hour, 4-5 months assignments. 

Monday – Friday 8-5

Duties include:

• Answer multi-line telephone and screen and route as needed.
• Greet guests with friendliness. 
• Sort and update files.
• Update confidential records. 
• Data Entry. 
• Communicate via email and telephone as requested. 
• Must be fast paced, very computer literate and able to multitask! 
• Great communication skills
