Shift: Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Manufacturer of ballistic protection products, is seeking reliable Assembly Technicians to support production of bullet-resistant plates, jackets, shields, and related components. This role requires strong attention to detail and comfort working in a hands-on, regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
•     Follow work orders to Cut for assembly of bulletproof plates, jackets, shields, and other protective products.
•     Apply cover materials, lamination, and finishing liquids to plates.
•     Kit, assemble, and clean production materials before moving them to the next stage.
•     Cut fabric according to work order instructions and use sandpaper to smooth surfaces.
•     Use hand tools and a soldering pen to mold plates as specified.
•     Use measuring devices to verify product quality meets work order specifications.
•     Package completed plates weighing between 10–50 lbs.

Apply caps and labels onto containers.
Inspect containers for any defects; look for cracks, labels centered, no/loose caps, correct date codes,  box codes.
Package finished goods.

Flexibility with overtime, possibly on a daily occurrence.
