Manage all safety, scheduling and training aspects of repairs, projects & trouble shooting in manufacturing environment. At least 5 years relevant electrical technician Capable of interpreting & applying NEC, NFPA, OSHA codes Familiar with NEC, NEMA, NFPA, OSHA code compliance’s. Familiar with 3 phase electrical power applications. Experience with RS500, Rs5000 & Siemens Control PLC programming. Must be able to use basic shop equipment drills, presses, band saw, mill etc. Above average mechanical skills. Experience running EMT & rigid conduit. Detail oriented & strong organization skills. Ability to read & interpret electrical & mechanical schematics & prints. Must be able to work in a safe manner around other people & equipment. Team player & effectively collaborate with different functional groups and customers when needed.

Controller Primary Functions

A Controller oversees all accounting operations across our dealership network. They are responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and compliance, while working closely with executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional with automotive industry experience.

Controller Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including tax filings
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting staff across multiple locations

Controller Requirements:

• MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience in an automotive dealership environment
