Hours: Mon- Fri 8am- 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Maintains equipment by cleaning, inspecting, basic repairs, and testing.
• Updates service logs to reflect service rendered & parts utilized.
• Participates in training on various types of equipment used in the field.
• Maintains a basic working knowledge of all equipment types and preventative maintenance procedures for each.
• Participates in quarterly Physical Inventory counts.
• Works in Smartsheets to provide servicing data
• Other PM duties as assigned.

Westaff is seeking an EXPERIENCED Painter/Maintenance Tech for a company located in Crowley, La.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am- 4:30pm

Pay: $13.77/ hour

**This position requires cleaning & repairing multiple vacant housing units to make ready.

Main Activities include but are not limited to:

• Clean areas to prep for painting
• Painting surfaces
• Touch up paint in areas that need
• Change light bulbs
• Replace filters on air conditioning/ heating units
• Replace light switches/ face plates
