Casting Press Operator Pay: $21.70/hr

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 1:54 PM – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and troubleshoot robotic casting equipment
• Inspect castings and separate good vs. nonconforming parts
• Perform minor finishing work (chipping/flash removal)
• Load parts, monitor machines, and respond to error codes
• Complete basic equipment checks, tooling changes, and cleaning
• Report on quality or downtime issues
• Support continuous improvement and maintain a safe, clean workspace

What to Expect: 

This is a physically demanding role that requires strong endurance and stamina.

The environment is loud, industrial, and dirty.

Strict adherence to safety protocols is essential.

Cheese Line Production Operator – 3rd Shift

Middlebury, VT Rotating Schedule OT + Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required

Schedule

• Hours: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM

• Rotating days off

• Weekend & holiday rotation required

What You’ll Do

• Work safely and follow all established safety procedures

• Operate production equipment efficiently and accurately

• Keep pace with product flow to support continuous operations

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Maintain a clean, organized work area

• Perform tasks that involve pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable with bending, standing, and repetitive motion for 8–10 hours

• Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs regularly

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment

Food Production Associate – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Milaca, MN

Shift Options & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM | $17/hour
• 2nd Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM | $18/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (overtime may be available)

• Stay active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures at all times
