Base Pay: $20.44/hr Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Position is Temp to perm

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for: Operates assigned equipment used in executing metal finishing operations by performing the following duties. Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Loads and unloads tote pans of parts, stacks parts in baskets, racks and/or barrels, racks, unracks, cleans, etches, desmuts, pickles, bright dips dyes, degreases, heat treats, plates, coats, wet processes, and dries parts. Uses electric hoists and manual lifting.
• Following prescribed procedures for processing.
• Fills baskets, racks, and/or barrels with parts to be processed and lowers material into the appropriate tank.
• Removes parts when the process is completed.
• Maintains the cleanliness of tanks and work areas.
• Monitors the temperature of solutions.
• Maintains daily production logs.
• Physically inspects processing to ensure the quality of the product.

Base Pay: $18.63 plus $3.50 shift differential Shift: Sunday -Thursday 11:30pm – 7:30am

Position is Temp to perm

Summary: Operates computer numerical control machines to cut, shape or form metal work pieces to specifications and performs all duties of CNC Machine Operators by performing the following duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

• Reviews specifications to determine machining sequence, check dimension of parts, blueprints and operate machine.
• Works to production schedule
• Observes and listens to machine operation to detect malfunctions such as work or damaged cutting tools.
• Analyzes any production difficulties and reports same to the CNC Specialist or Production Supervisor.
• Measures for conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, functional gages and blueprints.
• Maintains required paperwork (i.e.: production logs, scrap tickets, etc.)
• Notifies CNC Specialist 2, CNC Specialist 3 or Supervisor of job completion or of any discrepancies.
