•     Sunday: 3:00pm start (required)
•     Monday–Thursday: 4:00pm start until work is completed (Monday required; Tue–Thu optional but must work at least 3 days per week)

Position Summary
This role supports multiple areas of a high-volume distribution environment. Associates help keep orders moving accurately and efficiently through picking, packing, shipping, and quality assurance. The work is active, fast-paced, and essential to daily operations.
Primary Responsibilities
•     Work in pick/pack operations, QA departments, A-Frame.
•     Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and productivity.
•     Use warehouse technology and scanning equipment throughout the shift.
•     Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
•     Ability to work Sunday and Monday every week; must work at least 3 total days per week.
•     Must be able to stand for the entire shift and perform frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Using pre-assembled frames; assembling bottom sheets, insulation boards,

interior liners, sides, tops, and backs of convection ovens.

• Select required parts

• Fasten oven parts using appropriate pneumatic and manual tools, jigs, and fixtures

• Apply final finishes (doors, racks, and trim accessories) to all stainless-steel ovens

• Install assembled components in ovens

• Provide assistances in other areas insulating, welding, final assembly, blending, crating, etc.

• Must be able to read oven orders and understand which parts are required to go with ovens

Primary Responsibilities of the Toolmaker/Machinist:

Working independently, will perform a wide variety of tasks requiring a high degree of skill. Those tasks will include but are not limited to, design and fabrication of trim dies, working from prints to machine tight tolerance tooling, repair/maintenance of existing tools, assist with equipment and tool fabrication/upgrades as needed.

Normal Duties of the Toolmaker/Machinist:

• Following safe work practices, perform tight tolerance machining of tools using typical toolroom equipment such as lathes, mills (manual and CNC) and surface grinders.
• Must be capable working with solid models and of programming CNC machine centers.
• Must be able to read prints and sketches, understand tolerances and their affects on machining parts.
• Should be familiar with metallurgy; be able to assist in recommendations for tooling materials.
• Must be familiar with secondary finishing operations such as heat treating and tempering and their affects on parts so as to take those operations into consideration when fabricating tooling.
• Maintain associated paperwork to support ISO/TS-16949 initiative.
• Maintain reasonable stocks of tool steels and die sets to support business activities.
• Work with Engineering to design and develop tooling and equipment upgrades to reduce costs, improve productivity or part manufacturability.
• May be required to work with outside vendors and contractors.Other duties as assigned.

Normal Working Conditions of the Toolmaker/Machinist:

• Will be exposed to oils, coolants, greases, maintenance and production chemicals.
• High temperatures, tight working spaces and time restraints will not be unusual.
• May be required to assist with equipment installations and upgrades.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for the Toolmaker/Machinist:

• Must have significant, demonstratable knowledge of toolmaking, machining and tool design.
• This knowledge will include but not be limited to the safe operation of, lathes, mills, surface grinders both manual and CNC versions thereof.

Ideal candidates for the Toolmaker/Machinist should have a combination of education and experience as follows:

Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program and 3-5 years increasing experience in tool fabrication, or 2 year degree or certificate in tooling/machining from a recognized education organization and 5-7 years increasing experience or 8-10 years increasing experience in a toolroom environment.
