Westaff is hiring for Office Clerical associates for upcoming temporary assignments in Baton Rouge, LA!  

Pay rate: $13.50

 

Duties include:

  • Answer multi-line telephone and screen and route as needed;
  • Greet guests with friendliness; 
  • Update confidential records. 
  • Data Entry. 
  • Communicate via email and telephone as requested. 
  • Must be fast paced, very computer literate and able to multitask! 
  • Great communication skills 

Monday – Friday, 8-5. MUST be able to work full time for 5 months. 

Job Requirements:

2 years in office clerical experience
