2nd Shift Panel Assemblers (Training on 1st Shift)
Training: 1st Shift, 7:00am–3:30pm — $20/hr
Regular Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30pm–1:00am — $22/hr
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, pictorial prints, and written instructions.
- Use layout trucks, milling machines, drill presses, power presses, gauges, fixtures, and hand tools.
- Align, fit, and secure components using bolts, nuts, screws, and make adjustments as needed.
- Inspect parts before and after assembly, identifying defects and ensuring quality.
- Assemble sub-assemblies, wash parts, and prepare screw packs.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks to complete door components.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Assembler Qualifications:
- Experience with assembly techniques and manufacturing tools.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing needs.

Pay $20-$22/hr DOE
Location: Gardner, MA
The Mold Technician is responsible for ensuring day-to-day functionality of the production machinery. They will monitor and operate machines to analyze results to ensure they meet company standards. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting problems and performing repairs on all production equipment and other supporting equipment, such as grinders, etc.
Job Duties: Knowledge in various types of Plastics Machinery and Related Support Equipment. · Make necessary adjustments to machines and auxiliary equipment. Must be able to use the correct measures to return machines and equipment to their manufacturing operational condition within a reasonable amount of time. This includes being able to troubleshoot and repair from OEM schematics. Knowledge on Specialized Equipment (i.e.) Robotics, Molding Machines and Programming. Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve injection end problems. Responsible for system monitoring, debugging and troubleshooting operational problems, making repairs and performing preventive maintenance activities.

Monday – Friday, 8am-430pm. No weekends!
Pay DOE, $18-21 an hour
Overview:
Packages assigned products manually or using machines designed to perform one or more of the packaging functions such as filling, labeling, banding, tying, wrapping, marking and packing containers, by:
a. Retrieving bulk material, and the containers, closures, and/or labels prescribed by the Filling Bill of Materials (“BOM”) for the product to be packaged.
b. Setting up filling equipment for each run.
c. Troubleshooting when needed. Being familiar and capable of adjusting different filling machines.
d. Loading the hopper or the equipment to be used in the filling operation.
e. Inserting or pouring the prescribed amount of product into each container.
f. Closing the filed container.
g. Label the filled container with the prescribed label.
h. Marking the filled containers with the assigned lot number.
I. Packing the filled, marked containers in bags, boxes, and/or cartons as appropriate.
j. Confirming the number of units filled units by manual or mechanical counts.
k. Setting aside, marking, and delivering the required number of samples.
l. Reconciling the total amount of product, and the number of containers, closures, labels and packaging used, discarded as waste, and sampled.

Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our 1st shift team in Fairfax, VT. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating, maintaining, and adjusting production equipment to ensure quality standards and efficient output.
Key Responsibilities
- Start and operate production lines efficiently
- Set up and adjust machine components based on product specifications
- Calibrate equipment to ensure accurate and consistent production
- Perform product changeovers and machine setups for different clients
- Make adjustments to equipment in response to production needs or issues
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Rework materials as needed to minimize waste
- Coordinate with the Warehouse team to return unused materials
- Disassemble and thoroughly clean equipment according to HACCP standards
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety practices preferred
- Prior machine operating experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
